Services Offered

Josina Lott Residential & Community Services offers quality, caring services both in the community and at our ICF/MR.

Community Services

The Community Services Program provides services to adults with MR/DD who live in homes and apartments throughout the community.  One of the major goals of this program is to increase the choices and opportunities of individuals with MR/DD and to provide the necessary supports to exercise choices and access opportunities.

People benefit from our community services program by utilizing IO Waivers, in addition to the Level One Waiver.

Respite Services

Respite Care is a temporary, short-term stay at Josina Lott Residential & Community Services providing caregivers with an opportunity to take a break from their duties, to take a vacation, or to just rest & rejuvenate.

If you are interested in taking advantage of this respite opportunity, please call us at (419) 866-9013 and make arrangements for a stay at our peaceful, idyllic campus.

Community Adult Recreation (CAR)

Josina Lott Residential and Community Services offers recreation opportunities to people in the community through our Community Adult Recreation (CAR) program. The program is designed not only to meet the recreational needs of adults with MR/DD in the community, but also to give caregivers a much needed break to run errands, go out to dinner, or just rest.

If you are interestd in joining us, please email Krista at kfletcher@josinalott.org or call her at (419) 866-9013 for a schedule of events and to fill out an application.
