Volunteer Opportunities

Share in experiences that will create fond memories and forge strong friendships. If you are the type of person who enjoys meaningful, hands-on volunteer work, we have plenty of opportunities for you. From game nights to our annual lawn games event, we need volunteers throughout the year. Come once, or come as often as you like. We welcome our volunteers as if they are a part of our family.

Available Opportunities

• Games Nights - 1st and 3rd Wednesday nights 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.

Spend the evening playing bingo, cards, basketball, volleyball, board games and other fun activities. Games nights are held on the first and third Wednesday evenings from 6:30 – 8:00. Call to schedule your dates.

• Seize the Day – Call today to schedule a time

Volunteers can come with their service groups and participate in an activity of their choice, including gardening, campfires, story telling, musical performances, softball games, movies, nature path walking, and socializing.

• Afternoon Adventures

Come and join us for an afternoon of fun Monday and Thursday. Call to schedule your date.

• Adventures at River Crossings - Mondays and Fridays from 9:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Come morning, afternoon or anytime you would like to spend the day providing meaningful experiences for yourself and the individuals at Josina Lott. Call to schedule.

• Upcoming Special Events

Josina Lott staff plans regularly scheduled recreational opportunities such as the annual lawn games event. Volunteers may help in all departments with set-up, event facilitation and fun competitions alongside the participants. Mark your calendar and plan to be here.

We welcome and encourage all volunteers including students, senior citizens and service organizations.
